RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Every Jaestial piece is chosen for its beauty, character, and history. We hope your treasure feels at home in your collection.

Returns

If your selection is not quite right, eligible pieces may be returned for store credit within 30 days of purchase. We do not offer money-back refunds for change-of-mind returns.

Please contact us through our website’s Contact page to arrange your return. We will provide a complimentary return shipping label. Each piece must be returned in the same condition in which it was received.

Store Credit

Your credit is available for 30 days from issuance and must be used in full toward one new order. It cannot be divided between purchases.

Once redeemed, credit cannot be transferred to another piece or reinstated if the new order is canceled. Please choose your next treasure carefully before applying your credit.

Final-Sale Pieces

All sale items are final sale. Custom-made, resized, or specially altered pieces cannot be returned. Purchases outside the 30-day return window are also ineligible.

Your Consumer Rights

This policy applies subject to applicable law. It does not restrict mandatory rights concerning faulty or misdescribed items, refunds, or the validity and use of store credit.
