Charming vintage Elgin American powder compact, believed to date to around the 1940s. The square compact features a creamy white front accented by a delicate powder-blue floral and scroll border, giving it a lovely feminine mid-century look.
The interior is signed Elgin American and includes its original powder puff. The mirror remains intact but shows visible age-related deterioration and spotting.
Condition: Good vintage condition with expected signs of age and use. There is surface wear, discoloration, and aging to the metal and interior, along with noticeable aging to the mirror.
